Regular Flake Graphite
In Hensen Graphite, we define regular flake graphite as concentrate graphite, which is directly extracted from ore to flotation, purified by mechanical concentration processes only, and with little modification.
It is further divided on the basis of the flake sizes and purity of carbon in the product.

Natural flake graphite crystals are in the form of scales; this is metamorphosed under intense pressure and is available in large and fine flakes. The scales have complete crystallization, thin flakes and good toughness, and are superior in floatability, lubricity, and plasticity than other graphites, and have thermal shock resistance, electrical conductivity, heat conduction, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance (under the condition of isolating oxygen.
